Hi Friends! I am Katherine but my friends call me Katie. I am a Pastry chef graduated from the Culinary Institute of America back in 2019. I am currently working at Great River Golf Course as their head pastry chef. Like every pastry chef you will meet they would tell you that they started baking at a young age like I did. Growing up I always knew that I wanted to be a pastry chef watching buddy on cake boss. Pastries has always been a great passion of mine. I am looking forward to speaking with you to go over any ideas that you might have.
