My Name is Katie

I fell in love with baking when I went over my grandmothers house and baking at her house after school when I was 6 and have been the love of my life ever since. If you ask any pastry chef they will tell you the same story on how they got started. I dreamt of owning a bakery one day. This is the first step to making that happen yet. I want to be make the best bakery in Connecticut list. I worked my way up working in restaurant and am currently working as a head pastry chef making seasonal menus, and making sure every  pastry is full of passion and love the way I was taught working with her 20 years ago. Please give me a chance to make my impression for yoy next party.
